– Flour – Sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Caramel Sauce
– Milk – Egg – Butter – Caramel extract – Apple
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk evaporated milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring until free of lumps.
Place a skillet over medium heat and spray generously with cooking spray. Add the batter to the hot skillet in 1/4-cup increments. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
