Learn how to make the perfect fried egg. A little bit of spice, avocado slices and crispy toasted sourdough bread are all included.
– Butter – Sourdough bread – Avocado – Salsa – Red pepper flakes – Salt
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and swirl it around in the pan to fully coat the bottom. Carefully crack the egg into the hot skillet.
Allow the egg to cook for 2 minutes, or until edges are crispy and egg white is opaque and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked egg to a plate and cover to keep warm. Place the slice of bread in the hot pan. Toast each side for 30 seconds or until crispy.
Place the bread on a plate and top with avocado slices, the fried egg, salsa, crushed red pepper flakes and salt.
Add desired toppings and enjoy!
