Give your scrambled eggs a delicious twist by baking them along with a handful of other simple ingredients. Quick breakfast requiring just a few minutes of prep!
– Eggs – Cornstarch – Diced green chiles – Evaporated milk – Salt – Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add cornstarch slurry, green chiles, evaporated milk, salt and cheese.
Pour egg mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven once a nice golden brown layer forms on the top.
Let sit for 10 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
