– Jasmine Rice – Eggs – Olive Oil – Mushrooms –  Spinach – Avocado

– Salt – Pepper – Hot Sauce

Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet and stir until cooked through and “scrambled.” Transfer the eggs to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Step 1

Add the mushrooms, spinach, salt & pepper & cover. Cook. Add the cooked rice & scrambled eggs to the skillet & stir until warmed through
