Easy Banana Muffins Made with Applesauce

With just a few simple ingredients and one bowl for mixing, these banana muffins are so easy! Perfect healthy snack and such a delicious way to use both bananas and applesauce.

Ingredients

– Salt – Egg – Bananas – Applesauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with liners. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Step 1

Add the egg, applesauce and banana and stir until combined. Fill each muffin cup with ¼ cup batter.

Step 2

Bake for 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a muffin.

Step 3

Serve warm!
