This easy salmon breakfast scramble comes together in 10 minutes. Start your day with healthy fats, nutrients, energy and delicious flavor!
– Eggs – Water – Salt and pepper – Parsley – Tomato – Cooked salmon filet
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray generously with cooking spray. Whisk the eggs together with a splash of water. Pour into the hot skillet.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley, tomatoes and salmon over the top. Stir until ingredients have been mixed together. Let cook for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
Transfer to a plate, top with extra parsley if desired and enjoy immediately!
Add a little something extra by adding a dollop of sour cream or shredded cheddar cheese to the top before serving.
