Recipe Ingredients
Old fashioned rolled oats - Regular old-fashioned oats work great! Grab a gluten-free variety to make this a gluten free breakfast.
Peanut butter - Use crunchy peanut butter to add a nutty crunch or creamy peanut butter for a smooth texture.
Dried blueberries - Since these granola bars are not baked, fresh blueberries aren't ideal. Go with dried blueberries instead!
Chocolate chips - Any variety of chocolate chips works great, such as milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips. My personal favorite chip for this recipe is semi sweet mini chocolate chips.
Honey - Honey can be replaced with another sticky sweetener if desired, such as maple syrup or agave nectar.
