This recipe only calls for 7 simple ingredients, but you can alter and adjust them for your personal tastes.

Eggs - I use large, fresh eggs in all my recipes.
Milk - I like to use whole milk, but you can also use 2%.
Seasonings - Salt and black pepper. Simple is best.
Ham - Use precooked diced ham. Replace with another cooked breakfast meat if desired, such as bacon or pork sausage.
Cheese - Shredded cheddar cheese works great, but any melty cheese is delicious (provolone, mozzarella, cojack, etc).
Tortillas - Corn or flour tortillas. 6-inch is a perfect size.
